"For 30 years I had personal and business insurance from State Farm. For no reason they raised my rates 75% last month so I cancelled all policies. Then Melissa at Danielle Leonard's office had the shear audacity to send this: "I know you left unhappy with State farm due to price, but I wanted to see if it is ok for me to contact you in the future to try and earn your business back or do that life insurance policy . At least that policy the price can never change!" Unreal, clueless, daft."
